JUNE is "Photos with your pet" month. Help the Ashe County Humane Society

Ok. Admit it! If you have a pet, you occasionally find yourself talking to (or for) your furry friend. Maybe your pet isn't furry, maybe it has feathers or scales. Whatever the case, they are there to listen to whatever we have to say, whether it be good or bad.



I found that a LOT of people have a dog. Case in point. When my son left for the military, I had the motherly duty of taking care of the two dogs he left behind. I asked everyone I knew if they wanted a dog.....everybody had one. I knew I would not have the time to care for the dogs properly so I enlisted the help of the Ashe County Humane Society. The great folks at the Humane Society took photos and placed the pictures in the paper. Within a week, both dogs received wonderful homes! What a blessing!




So, to show my appreciation for the ACHS, I am making the month of June "Photos with your Pet" month. I know it seems a little early to be thinking that far in advance, but I will begin taking appointments immediately. All session fees and 50% of the proceeds will go to the ACHS to help offset their expenses.
